My parents had a great time during their 14-days mandatory quarantine at Amelie and hotel staff have superb customer service. They're all helpful especially Ms. Maricar, Ms. Je-an, and Sir Alfred. Also, they're very much patient looking after my inquiries up to my requests. The hotel even kept me posted about my parents' arrival to their hotel knowing that they're both seniors. It ensures me of their safety which is one of my priorities as of this time. You'll definitely won't regret booking your stay at Amelie!
Went here for self-quarantine before my flight. Staff are very accommodating and foods are served and prepared sufficiently. It may not be the biggest hotel, but the place is very nice especially when it comes to cleanliness. The place is also ideal as it is very close to some of Manila’s famous landmarks which you can easily travel by foot.
I was booked here to be isolated during the pandemic. Place and the room is nice. Cleanliness can be improved. Wi-Fi needs improvement 2mbps is a bit slow and not stable for online gaming. If you are to be staying here for Quarantine the room has TV with plenty channels to entertain you. A small fridge, Kettle, and Hair dryer. I'll just advice you to bring your own cloth line for drying your washed cloths. And your own eating utensils, they provide disposable ones but its not that comfortable eating using those But the food is great for quarantine days. They have 'Pabili' service for some grocery items on their list. But food deliveries like grabfood and food panda are not allowed.
The crew here are very hospitable they also have a free " room cleaning" everyday, free brew coffee and tea, super clean room! , thats why im enjoying staying here with my friend. And also they are very friendly, their breakfast is very delicious. For me as a seaman and as a foreigner. Im recommending this hotel to those shipping company that searching for a good and affordable hotel please see this hotel in osaka. They will take care of your crew to the fullest! Room was ok. Went there for 3 days quarantine. So cant say much. Only that it's nice and clean. Nice staff.
