We reserved 4 rooms in total last October 2019 simply because this hotel is near the venue of the event we were attending. Expected the rooms to be small considering the price range but was disappointed because of the service. My card was charged for the 3 rooms upon booking with the other 1 to be paid at the hotel.
Upon check-in their front-desk officer got so confused they ended up asking payment for the room that was already paid online. One would have thought that after flagging this they would exert effort to update their guest on the status, but they did not do anything of that sort. I had to be the one to consistently ask for updates with every front-desk officer giving a different timeline. To top it all off, the room which was marked “pay at the hotel” was charged to my card too. Upon check out their staff is saying that it is meant to secure the room. This fact was not clarified to us upon check in. So had to go through a long discussion on how the charges will be reversed.
Tip: if you want a hassle free stay don’t book at the Bayleaf hotel.
We love dinning on the sky deck. You will have a 360 degrees view of Manila. Overlooking manila city hall, manila bay and some prominent areas in manila.
Rooftop dining has a great view. We had a wonderful experience there
Went here for a dinner at the Skydeck. We loved the food and the view of Manila and Intramuros. There's distance between tables and safety protocols in place before going up the Skydeck. Chill ambience. Parking space available.
Food was quite good, however the room 801 or nearby resto was bit terrible because of the noise til midnight.. Suffered from being disturb many days. Hopefully they will arrange soon.
