One of the best hotels in Makati City period.
Rooms and facilities are nicely maintained and cleaned even the place is a bit dated but yet aged beautifully.
Staffs here are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast are really nice, wide range of food and seating area are spacious enough for all guests.
Due to its prime location, you can walk to any shopping malls nearby in city centre. No need to use taxi or anything.
Despite the pandemic, there's a fair amount of guests at the hotel. Strict health safety measures are observed. There is a sense of safety inside the rooms since no other personnel enters it during your stay. The staff as always are courteous and helpful. Of course, location is a huge factor.
How is tis place getting good reviews. Staff is incompetent and te furniture needed to be recovered 10 years ago. Carpet needed to be replaced 10 years ago too. We were so disappointed to have wasted our trip at this place. It is 3 star at best and Ill post pics too.
Service is top notch. Covid protocols are strictly enforced. Food was ok but the service is unforgettable.
The staff are really accommodating, I forgot to do an review. Sadly, the hotel is temporary closing.
