Good service
The wifi is so weak and so is the aircon. I hope they could fix everything because it could have been a nice stay if only these two problems were solve
I have been to St. Giles Heathrow, London whenever we have layovers, and the hotel rooms of St. Giles here in Philippines are bigger and much better. I also like how clean it is, especially the bathroom, it is really worth the price. The room they gave me has an amazing view and I love it!!! They have a 2.5 gallon of water in the room which is refillable, the aircon worked well in my room even though The small window was open when I came in the room and was not able to close it as it was so hard to close and staff are not allowed to go inside. The front desk and staff is also attentive and nice. The reason I gave 4 star is because of the wifi connection and no food delivery allowed. I understand it’s also for the safety of guests but the food in the hotel are not that good and I feel like i’m in the hospital. The breakfast is free for your whole stay, but there’s a fee for every meal(200pesos). They have snacks menu there but the choices are only limited and the servings are small. The wifi is weak and turns off and on every few minutes so most of the times I end up using my mobile data. The shower head also looks so old now and needed to be replaced. But all in all, I’m satisfied, comfortable, and really happy with my stay. I can say that I will recommend this place,though i’ll mention about the wifi and meals. This will also be my choice of quarantine hotel the next time I’ll be coming home to Manila again(but hoping this quarantine and pandemic will end soon).
