Stayed here for one night in Manila. Staff are friendly. In a trendy part of town. Rooms were fine and service good. Good value
This hotel is a decent one. Size is fine for 1 or 2 people. I was alone when I stayed here. It's very clean and the design is like a copy of other 3 star hotels, which is good for me.
They have complimentary coffee and chips in the lobby.
Nice room design suited for 2 people. Food that they prepared were delicious. In general their staffs were very friendly. The main reason for the 2 stars I gave them is because their staffs have a bad practice of just entering your room without your knowledge. It happened to me not once but twice. The first incident was one one of their staff was giving water, they tried knocking the door,I replied and ask them to hold on since I am only wearing undies that time,however lo and behold their staff just opened the door without my permission and
I was shocked but gladly got the towel and covered my body. 2nd incident was when their room staff name Elias went to my room, take note I was not in my room that time and no one from the hotel staff advised me that they will be checking my room since I went to a store and when I got back I found him inside my room, when I asked why?, he said he is checking the linens for inventory(checking linens can be done while your client is inside their room). I felt that time that my privacy was invaded and I never experienced that fr the prev hotels I've been to. Hopefully their staff wont do such thing again with their other visitors because that was an awful experience.I also want to vent out that as a hotel you should atleast allow your customer to have atleast 1 plate. I ask them multiple times if they can lend me a plate but they said no, I even asked for a paper plate if possible but they said they don't have one. Some of their lady staffs were grumpy. I hope this feedback can help them improve their service and hone their staffs customer service.
The hotel itself is impressive , everything is green. There is no carpet which is great for people that has allergies. The room is very clean and smell really good. The only gripe I have is the hostess that serve meals in the later shift, she is not friendly and not accommodating, and I have asked if she's okay and she said just tired because of working late shift, too bad I didn't asked for her name. However, the morning duty hostess is very accommodating and much friendlier, and I got her name Daniele. She is wonderful! Thank u.

It's new, very clean and charming!
The staff is very friendly, the breakfast and food is really good, and the lobby very characterful.
The standard rooms are not really big but beautiful and clean with own character of art.
Everything works, and if not, they repair it at once if you report it.
I felt very well in that hotel an will come back again, because the price is fairly and the flair nice!
I love it an will come back again for sure!
