Soriente Hotel is a very convenient hotel. We gave unsatisfactory rating due to the following: (1) Soriente hotel charge the full amount to which none of the hotel I’ve been charges full in advance (no choices in this matter), (2) also charges 25 pesos for extra towel to which the staff never explains nor communicated that there’s a charge (this way give the customer a choice whether to take it or leave it), (3) the bathroom is dirty, no extra toilet paper, (4) the shower is filthy dirty & not working properly. The front desk staff are so unfriendly, lack of knowledge about the rules and regulations of the business mainly lack of customer service relations. I will no longer comeback in this hotel for the lack of customer relations. My experience staying in this Soriente hotel is unpleasant, hopefully yours is not.
Okay lang, simple, not much of a hotel.
I think it's the most affordable decent place to stay within the area. Simple decors also, and fresh flowers.
Not the best place ive stayed in so far but its okay. Staff are very polite, bedroom is good neat yet simple hehe and i think the bathroom should be improved a bit ye know
