Hotel needs renovation really bad. Outdated and a lot of stuff doesn't work or broken like my shower head and leaking sink. Plus plenty of roaches in bathroom n light in bed doesn't work. Had to move to a diff't room. Wifi was acting out the next night and the receptionist ( gay guy) said he will have a staff fix it but nobody fix or came. I had to talk the next morning on the staff to check on it. At least some of the staff ( a lady from Dipolog City) was helpful and nice. That's why i gave 2 stars instead of 1.
place not good..linen not good quality.i feel itchy..room not clean
We forgot one of our bags at the Hotel. we arrived at the airport and just realized we left it. The hotel staff had our phone number but never even bothered to notify us that we left it behind. I guess they were planning on keeping it for themselves. Also the hotel is mostly empty for a reason. Very creepy vibes. Most of the guys that work there are very creep do not stay here. No Landline in the rooms by the way. Just get a decent Hotel room elsewhere or go to Hotel SoGO instead.
