Every time we are in Manila, we stay at the Sofitel. The staff are very gracious. They remember us and gave us excellent service all the time. My youngest daughter refers to Sofitel us her summer house in Manila. We have many great memories there. E recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit Manila. The buffet spread is amazing, the view of Manila Bay is picturesque.
Our family loves Sofitel. We usually go here every year when we were still in the Philippines. Great view and wonderful staff. It's a good thing we checked in again when we came back from US last Jan 2020 before the pandemic began. We can't wait to visit again.
Tried their sunset buffet.. quality of food, is a bit okay some salty and took really long time to be serve. Limited choices for a 5 star hotel buffet. Staff is polite and friendly and accommodating.
I absolutely loved the place! The view from the terrace is awesome. You can see the city view from my side of the building. I absolutely love the bathroom. It comes with a body sized mirror. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in manila for a few days.
Rooms are big enough. I think the hotel is a bit dirty. Furniture very elegant and good. The room is very comfortable but should be much more clean
