Friendly staff. Location near St. Luke's, just 3mins walk. Walking distance to Robinson Mall. Casa Hotel is a decent, neat hotel and I noticed there are many foreigners checking in and out. I would definitely come back.
The staff were very much accommodating - from the security to the maintenance. The room we stayed in was also neat and well kept. I was able to adjust in no time while staying.
There was a construction on going within the building during our stay. You can hear the noise in the room. But it was understandable, the noise was tolerable, and they stop it before dusk. The whole area smells good and clean, the staffs are always smiling and always greeting you, and they have very accommodating reception.
