Good place for stay if you must fix Government things like NBI Clearance or any Immigration affairs in Intramuros. Parking available.
Hands down the worst place i have ever been to. We got moved to 5 different rooms in 5 days, the air conditioning systems leaked all over our luggage and on the floor in the middle of the other rooms, at in one of them there was a massive insect infestation in the show and toilet area. The restrant is so bad that even the person at reception recommended to eat elsewhere. There where many other issues also, even though we paid for 2 weeks we only stayed there for 1 and went elsewhere.

It was a nice experience to stay in this hotel, I've a great view on the busy city of manila . It's also big and clean the room..The staff are also very helpful and polite..I highly recommend and come back again on this hotel
