Elegant but very creepy; guests recount restlessness during the night that prevented them from getting a good night's sleep or falling into a deep sleep. It's an old, renowned, 5-star hotel so it's not easy or cheap to get a room here, but regardless whether your stay's provided by your company/institution, or it's a personal reservation, the food there is great especially the buffet. Literal unlimited all you can eat
The place is good and convenient, I am having a very good time here, the receptionist the attendants are courteous and hospitable.... I recommend this Hotel for everyone while staying here in Manila Philippines...
Nice room and warm feeling when you stay at Heritage hotel. Though you will notice that it needs some renovation especially the bathroom. It is still good experience for us. We enjoyed our stay last December 2019.
All is Good (Service, Food, room) just for additional improvement i cant find hose to the toilet bowl when defecating
