Amazing food and building
Lived here for at least 90 days over 3 trips... a second home, better than any 5 star hotel back home.
Dog friendly as are all Travelodges.
12/12 for location alone, right in the centre of everything. You can park in the Mercure Hotel car park on the opposite side of Piccadilly Gardens for around £7 per 24 hours if booked in advance.
Very warm room with no air con or opening window so would never stay here in the summer.
Fan provided which did help slightly.
Room was clean and fresh.
Apart from that, pretty quiet hotel and got a great nights sleep
This is a lovely hotel. The room was fabulous along with the bathroom. Parking was less than 2 minutes away and the staff were fantastic. Couldn't be anymore helpful and so friendly. The little extras are a massive bonus and the continental breakfast delivered to your door was really good. Its right around the corner from the busy Northern Quarter. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely stay here. Nice to walk around and go to places nearby. A very comfortable stay with nice rooms.
A perfect boutique getaway.
The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are fantastic. Booked the enviable room and was lovely. I really wanted a certain room which Dani - the Manager went completely out of her way to try and secure. Unfortunately it was unavailable but the effort gone to find it was really appreciated. Could not fault the customer service. Only stayed a night but was an amazing experience. Also had the best sleep ever here the beds are huge just what I like.
Four of us stayed at the Malmaison Manchester hotel to celebrate a 21st birthday. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, however the best thing about the hotel were the 2 members of staff who looked after us during our stay. They were Caroline on reception who was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and professional and also Davide who due to current Covid restrictions looked after us single handedly in the Brasserie. He also was very pleasant efficient and calm. Thanks you two for making our stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend the hotel !!
Firstly the service at this hotel is impeccable, especially Shaun the concierge/valet. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so nice/friendly.
The hotel is luxurious and the suites are spacious - nineteen o’ six being my favourite.
Will be back again really soon. Easily favourite hotel in Manchester, and I’ve stayed in pretty much them all.

Lovely and clean apartment hotel, with all amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and large walk in showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Cannot fault the customer service from Phoebe, Sam and Nayyab. Tried several hotels/apartment hotels, but keep coming back to Native. Highly recommended
I would highly recommend the Roomzzz Aparthotel in Manchester Corn Exchange. I lived there with my boyfriend for two months because of moving and this place is amazing. Quiet, helpful staff, everything is so clean and beautiful. It was a surprise to met a Hungarian receptionist there ( Peter Csiki ), he helped us a lot in case of staying, looking around Manchester and other things as well, we could always count on him, and we are thankful for a friendship with him now. So thank you very much for the amazing stay, as soon as we can we go back!
Great ambience, very comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are Nicely decorated and stylish
Modern and clean rooms in a convenient location. Complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Reception staff need training, we’ve stayed 4 times in the last 6 weeks and there is never an acknowledgement of our return, it’s a real shame they don’t make their team aware of picking these things up which are the ones that make a difference. No Hilton Honors recognition neither.

Stayed Sun into Monday and it was a good price for a lovely hotel in central Manchester.
Had lunch and an evening meal and it was lovely, great service on both accounts and Yan was hilarious.
Especially liked the wallpaper in our room

Stephen was amazing! He went out of his way to get to know all his guests, there was no job that he wouldn’t do or seen beneath him even though he was the manager.

Very spacious rooms and design. Rooms are very nice to which give a nice view of the entire city.
Clean, modern and well priced. Had just a short stay but upon arriving from a long flight from Australia, the desk staff went out of their way to get a room ready when I arrived before check in time. Would happily stay again.
