Ive just had a wonderful stay at the Novotel. The staff were very professional, friendly and attended to my every need. I felt very safe and the rooms were incredibly clean and smart. One of the best City centre hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Thankyou to all the amazing staff, you are doing an incredible job.
Went for afternoon tea with my mum and 2 children and could not fault it at all. The food was beautiful and my boy is a fussy eater but he ate everything. The staff were lovely and very friendly and took time out to come and speak to my children even though they were busy. They were all wearing masks and the tables were spaced enough away from other families. Will definitely be returning again.
Very spacious rooms and design. Rooms are very nice to which give a nice view of the entire city.
The midland is a probably one of the prettier hotels in Manchester, with food that's not half bad if you don't feel like stepping out.
If you have nowhere to stay when you arrive in Manchester, choose Whitworth Locke.
Despite the low cost, the quality exceeds all expectations, plus the hotel's bonus - the ability to live with your pet.
Very conveniently located in the city center, there are many shops and cafes around.
In the rooms, or rather in the apartments, you feel at home. Everything in the apartment is harmonious and thoughtful, you will have everything you need: from a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances to an excellent bed with a huge blanket)
I also want to thank the hotel staff: all staff are ready to help at any time and will do a great job!

Stephen was amazing! He went out of his way to get to know all his guests, there was no job that he wouldn’t do or seen beneath him even though he was the manager.

Stayed Sun into Monday and it was a good price for a lovely hotel in central Manchester.
Had lunch and an evening meal and it was lovely, great service on both accounts and Yan was hilarious.
Especially liked the wallpaper in our room

Stayed here when it was the principle , first time as kimpton and it was amazing the room was immaculate and spotless praises to the cleaner the bed was so comfortable nothing was to much trouble can’t wait for our next stay
Every staff member are so polite. The chef cooks delicious food! The hotel suite room with terrace is amazing! Huge space in the room and then outside, the terrace is open and with a glass shade up ahead of us, so when it rains we don't get wet but we can hear it, sounds nice. Staff follow strong safety precautions when approaching us and cleaning the room. This hotel is going to be our place we always stay at when we visit Manchester, my husband and i love it!
Firstly the service at this hotel is impeccable, especially Shaun the concierge/valet. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so nice/friendly.
The hotel is luxurious and the suites are spacious - nineteen o’ six being my favourite.
Will be back again really soon. Easily favourite hotel in Manchester, and I’ve stayed in pretty much them all.

12/12 for location alone, right in the centre of everything. You can park in the Mercure Hotel car park on the opposite side of Piccadilly Gardens for around £7 per 24 hours if booked in advance.
Very warm room with no air con or opening window so would never stay here in the summer.
Fan provided which did help slightly.
Room was clean and fresh.
Apart from that, pretty quiet hotel and got a great nights sleep
Four of us stayed at the Malmaison Manchester hotel to celebrate a 21st birthday. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, however the best thing about the hotel were the 2 members of staff who looked after us during our stay. They were Caroline on reception who was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and professional and also Davide who due to current Covid restrictions looked after us single handedly in the Brasserie. He also was very pleasant efficient and calm. Thanks you two for making our stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend the hotel !!
Clean, modern and well priced. Had just a short stay but upon arriving from a long flight from Australia, the desk staff went out of their way to get a room ready when I arrived before check in time. Would happily stay again.
A perfect boutique getaway.
The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are fantastic. Booked the enviable room and was lovely. I really wanted a certain room which Dani - the Manager went completely out of her way to try and secure. Unfortunately it was unavailable but the effort gone to find it was really appreciated. Could not fault the customer service. Only stayed a night but was an amazing experience. Also had the best sleep ever here the beds are huge just what I like.
Stayed there for one night and I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Clean and comfortable. Shout out to Shelby who attended at breakfast. Excellent customer service.
Lived here for at least 90 days over 3 trips... a second home, better than any 5 star hotel back home.
Thank you for our lovely two night stay. We loved our townhouse room, very spacious and my daughter was thrilled that she had her own TV , bed and room! The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary mocktails were delicious.
We loved the breakfast options and all staff very friendly and welcoming.
The whole hotel has a very cozy feel to it and location was perfect.
Thank you again and will definitely be back again. It was a much needed staycation and well timed before the lockdown!

Lovely and clean apartment hotel, with all amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and large walk in showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Cannot fault the customer service from Phoebe, Sam and Nayyab. Tried several hotels/apartment hotels, but keep coming back to Native. Highly recommended
