Very spacious rooms and design. Rooms are very nice to which give a nice view of the entire city.
We had a very unfortunate reason to suddenly stay over longer than planned. The hotel staff was so understanding and friendly during our stay. We received TOP service from each aspect. Clean linen and towels, great front desk service and the food was amazing. This really made our reason for stay so much easier. What a great hotel, beautiful lobby and rooms and really clean. Even the restaurant manager was super friendly and was involved in all the orders at the restaurant. Kosta, Niel and the whole team is really great at what they do and they deserve more than 5-Stars. We really recommend this hotel.
It was phenomenal outing and paramount with couple of my dear companion. They have quality administrations likewise food and drink was wonderful. Everybody appreciate the outing very well. Energetically suggested extraordinarily for its different sorts of food and beverages.
Amazing rooms. Loved the decor. The view was decent (city view room) and the staff were friendly. New smart TV's installed with free Internet. The GM Paul really makes sure you are looked after. Thanks again
Stay here a month ago and the place was fantastic! Staff were so friendly and the room was super clean. Brilliant location in the heart of Manchester city centre and parking options are great too. We parked in the Q park which was very secure.
Loved the vibe of the bar and breakfast was excellent
