Private party and they made such a fuss of us. There were no airs and graces, they made us feel very welcome despite turning up in jeans and trainers after an escape room activity. The food is delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend.
If I could give this place more stars, it’d be a 10/5 because this place has been amazing from start to finish. The rooms look amazing and the amnesties from afternoon tea, to the roof top were spectacular. The place is located in a great spot in Manchester, everything was a close walk away!
The thing that made this experience the best I’ve had was the staff and hospitality. The staff was very helpful and always checked up on us to make sure we were good, but the best one of all was Steven. Steven was the first and last to tend to us and make sure we were always ok. He answered any questions we had and recommended a lot of good places to visit. His passion for Manchester is one I’ve never seen before and it made our experience very memorable. We are definitely returning for another visit and this will be the first place we book when we return.
Definitely a place to check out specially if you are from out of town or a different country, don’t think I’ll ever have an experience like this one again.
Went for afternoon tea with a cheeky glass of prosecco. Lovely cosy dining area, attentive staff and tasty food. Drinks a little pricey, but that's a city centre boutique hotel for you.
