Lovely hotel! Well worth every penny. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean. Good views of Manchester. We had breakfast brought to our room in the morning, unfortunately no toast was offered as part of the breakfast which let it down slightly but overall a lovely breakfast.

Excellent city centre hotel. Attention to detail makes all the difference. Bathrobes, heated bathroom mirror, ironing board, proper mugs for tea, excellent bed, great service. Very quiet apart from the air conditioning which I couldn't figure out how to switch off apart from removing the key card to cut all the power. But even so, this hotel gets it all right.
I visit Manchester a lot and stayed in various hotels around the City Centre. This hotel has great quality rooms, considered facilities and remarkable service.
Today I had several zoom meetings and the staff were extremely accommodating in allowing me to use the meeting room.
The service is phenomenal and I highly recommend.
