A perfect boutique getaway.
The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are fantastic. Booked the enviable room and was lovely. I really wanted a certain room which Dani - the Manager went completely out of her way to try and secure. Unfortunately it was unavailable but the effort gone to find it was really appreciated. Could not fault the customer service. Only stayed a night but was an amazing experience. Also had the best sleep ever here the beds are huge just what I like.
Wonderful staff, very bespoke rooms , a real find -thank you to my work operation team for booking me in here -I’ve been several times since -it’s central ,has a great restaurant, and I recommend to anyone-it’s a great place to stay .
this is my go to Manchester hotel for work or fun. Beautiful old building with tasteful rooms. Great staff. Perfect location for the station and northern quarter.
We booked angel suite for new year. We were allowed to check in extra early after a transatlantic flight which was much appreciated! Room was spacious and modern. If I had to find faults... hot water took a while to arrive and breakfast selection a little slim.
Overall a good experience and would stay again.
Really relaxing stay at the Abode.
We had a one-night stopover and were glad we choose the Abode. Great sized room, clean well set-up bathroom. The decor is really lovely. I particularly liked the bar area. Cocktails there were really well mixed - could easily have stayed for a few! Downstairs, the brasserie is also well set up. Food there was pretty good.
The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. They are all friendly and professional. They managed to mix chat and the offer of service in a way that made you feel relaxed and welcome. I would definitely recommend.
