Four of us stayed at the Malmaison Manchester hotel to celebrate a 21st birthday. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, however the best thing about the hotel were the 2 members of staff who looked after us during our stay. They were Caroline on reception who was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and professional and also Davide who due to current Covid restrictions looked after us single handedly in the Brasserie. He also was very pleasant efficient and calm. Thanks you two for making our stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend the hotel !!
Lovely staff, comfortable hotel and good food. Our room was clean, though in need of a little maintenance TLC here and there. Would be happy to stay again.
Staff were so welcome to us and the food was great, not been to this one before so this was an easy review! Food came hot and a good time too would recommend this place as a good night time place to eat and afternoon when you want to just walk into somewhere and eat.
The hotel was great too reception staff are first class at what they do! Bar area was busy and great atmosphere to sit it very easy to order on the app too.
A great place to stay the place the stay big spacious rooms and warm friendly staff
We were greeted at the desk by a lovely lady called Hannah who was very friendly. We had booked through booking.com so got it a bit cheaper as we've earned a better ranking with them. Though we booked a small room it was quite big so I did wonder if we'd accidentally gotten a bigger one. The hotel is so close to Piccadilly you could almost reach out your window and touch it. It's near a tram stop which is also handy.
