In regards to service, facilities and accomodation this is probably the best place I have ever stayed. All staff are friendly and helpful too.
Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms great selection of lights in the room for whatever mood you want. The kitchenette is well equipped and nespresso coffee machine was a nice bonus
Very clean and spacious room. Large shower plenty of towels very large bed, wardrobe and good size working TV. Great facilities in room. Coffee machine fridge cooker microwave dishwasher etc. Great if your staying for an extended period or short stay. Would definitely recommend. Had a slight issue with the shower drain but was fixed within minutes of reporting this.
Amazing hotel (and I've stayed in quite a few). Beautiful spacious and well designed bedrooms. Awesome coffee / working /meeting area overlooking manchester. Really helpful staff. Taxi's pull up just out of the front. Honestly not one negative thing to say. Loved my stay.
Wonderful, comfortable stay from start to finish! Our room on the 16th floor was immaculate with stunning views over the city. So much space and with the added convenience of having your own kitchen facilities if needed. I truly can't wait to come back and would recommend very highly to anyone!
