Staff in the hostel is really friendly. It's easy to connect with them and other people from the hostel who are open-minded and like to share their stories. I recommend this hostel if you want to meet new people and have a unique experience in Alt life Manali.
The hospitality was excellent. Super impressed by the staff. View and location of the property is also great. Will recommend others and come again.
Absolutely pathetic. Nothing like what it looks like in the pictures. They dont have enough Staff, their heaters aren't working, there is no water in the hostel. Furthermore, when we decided to change hotels, they assured us of a refund. More than a month later, we have still not received a penny back. Absolute fraudsters. Go at your own risk.
We booked in advanced looking at the pictures. Totally disappointed when we arrived. This place has no open space, a cheaply built cafe and clueless staff who have nothing in their hand. Nobody to take responsibility.
Rooms are small and dark. We left and didn't even get our refunds.
The person who runs the place started threatening when we demanded refunds. Please avoid, there are much better places in Manali.
Worst experience ever, the rooms are not cleaned ever since you check in. There is no concept of room service and that shocking since its covid times. They were supposed to give us a refund because we checked out earlier cause of our unpleasant stay, they have not done it since a month. No hot water, electricity keeps going, food is not up to the mark. Rooms are cute and view is nice.
