Rooms are fine, but staff is very limited, reception seems to be friendly but they are not.
If you are going on new year Manali is a place full of traffic and if hotel is claiming the party ask them clearly what they will do. Do not rely on what person says be specific with your requirements because you will find diplomatic answers there
It was good cosy hotel. Buffet is followed for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Room food order is also available but charges will be applied. Room maintenance, freshness and the view from your window. Breezy air... much to say.. overall nice service..recommendable hotel in manali
It was amazing experience . Facilities and food was nice but hotel is away from Mall road.
Nice hotel with elegant rooms, stayed here for 3 days, A lil inside from the city and therefore peaceful. The staff is extremely polite & humble. Reduced to 4 star because of no variety in food.
