I don't believe in writing reviews but due to very poor service I had no other option.the resort is well reputated due to which we trusted authorities blindly but when we reached we had a very poor experience. We were 3 families booked 9 rooms but trust me none of 19 people enjoyed. Trust me don't book this place really disappointed
People rated it 5 star I don't know why this property is rated as 5 star it should be a normal 3 star property.
As well as quality of food wasn't impressive does 5 star property serves you only 2 sweets normal kheer and ice cream and 7 dishes as well as behaviour of staff was very unacceptable.
Just believe me don't try this property.

If you are visiting Manali, close your eyes and book ManuaAllaya. Be readybto be mesmerized with beauty of the location. The wonderful wooden structure. Service and comfort impeccable. Sleep to the sounds of the gushing river and wake up to the most scenic views of the mountains. I simply love this place and this place loves me back even more....waiting to be back.
It was located pretty far from the main city. So you'd be required to travel 5 kms minimum to reach any cafe or sightseeing area.
P.S. if you're travelling at the time of snowfall or rain, it'll be a bad idea to book this hotel coz the location doesn't support easy access to hotel.

Beware if u r choosing to stay in this hotel. Their housekeeping team is thief. We booked two rooms for 2 days from 8th dec to 10th dec 2020. We were five people. Their housekeeping teams cleaned up our rooms in absence which is fine unless they would have been honest but they stole our APPLE SMART WATCH. Unfortunately we noticed when we came back home. Even if u r choosing to stay there do not leave ur pricy belongings back in room or tell them to clean up in ur presence.
