Yesterday only we checked out from the hotel.
Very good hotel with all the amenities. Most important is central heating in rooms and even dinning area.
Location is superb with nice view of river and snow clad mountains.
Interior is very good but getting old. So you find some places worn out in the hotel.
Staff is very polite and respond fast to your demands
For booking activities you can rely on them. We got cheapest rates from them only.
Most important is food. Huge spread and tasty too.
We stayed there from 12 March 2021 to 14 March 2021. Very good resort. Rooms are big. All attendants have very helping attitude. The attendant namely Mr. Sharma is very jolly & caring and has full command in his job. Very tasty food is provided by the attendants. You can stay here without any hesitation & any detailed Inquiry. पैसा वसूल.

It's a beautiful 3 ⭐ hotel.
Balcony has a beautiful river side view.. rooms have all the comforts one could think of in such a cold place ...
My only suggestion would be don't take dinner package if you have time to go out and eat.. Breakfast is okay ..
You can go to mall road.. it's not too far from the hotel within 3k I guess.. Eat in chopsticks, fab taste believe me, you won't regret a penny.
Good hotel on the highway nearly 2 kilometres before the Mall Road. River view from every room. Facilities includes parking, spa, gymnasium, snooker room, restaurant and a bar. There is a banquet hall too.The rooms are decent sized. The rooms have both cooling and heating, a refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, safety locker, ironing board and steam iron. The bathroom has a hair dryer along with shower cubicle. The food at the restaurant was quiet good too. The only negative thing about the hotel was that the windows facing the highway was not sound proof and the noise of bigger vehicles would always bother.
Stay was really amazing. Wonderful experience. Thanks to the Room Interiors , A Balcony open to a wonderful view of Snow capped Mountains & River Beas passing by. Hotel Cleanliness , Staff Response & Dining were worth the money spent
