Good place to stay near mall road. All store & vehicle are easily available nearby hotel. Staff also good but have to tell them each requirements every time but still they are cooperative. Room also quite good.
Location of the hotel is best. Situated on mall road adjacent to Mayur restaurant.
4 Star for ambience, rooms and cooperation of staff.
1 Star for parking. They have narrow n limited parking space. If you are first to park then you are stuck as u need to wait for all others to back there car.which isn't possible due to location of the hotel. First day 2 hours wasted jus because someone park the car behind and no body knows who is the owner. From next day they
asked me to park the car on road side highway near bus stand to avoid mess. Keep in mind there's no paid or legal parking there. People park there on their own risk.
1 Star for food - Breakfast was fine. But you can't expect much for the lunch dinner menu. Food wasn't good in taste. We have tried different vegetarian dishes and all were poor in taste.
Better to have meals outside, lots of better restaurants are available nearby.

Awesome service. Appreciate the Mr. Rakesh Thakur. He welcome us in very polite manner. Room service is awesome. We were 5 members. We have taken 2 rooms for two days. Hotel staff is really supportive. If you are coming to Manali. Best place to stay in Manali Mall road.
