Money well spent.. this place is worth every rupee.. the location.. the castle and the cottages and the staff.. makes you feel like home away from home... yet the vibe of a European country. Beautiful place with awesome hospitality. The continental food served is absolutely lip smacking. Have made wonderful memories here.

Great hospitality. Good value for money. Location is awesome. Views stunning. The restaurant staff can been trained better but the other stuff is much beyond expectation !
The staff wasn't helpful..we had to call them twice . And the heater wasn't working so one member had bath in freezing cold water. I'm sure no one can have bath in cold water when it is snowing outside. The view was awesome. Food wasn't great. The staff needs to improve.
The hotel, staff, food, Ambience is amazing. Problem was they provided the cab for hamta pass and back to another hotel but he dropped at bus stand and started arguing for full payment. So hotel should make sure they provide trust worthy cab driver.
