Whole staff members are really kind and humble.
Services of them are really good.
Rooms of the hotel is clean and nice.
From front sides rooms view is owsam to see mountain and apple gardens.
Back sides rooms are also very nice but not batter than top floor of front side.
Just one suggestion to give please change your cooking recipe for dinner, breakfast is too good but i felt no test in dinner.

The hotel was nice. The view from balcony is breathtaking. The staff were nice and the food was decent. I'm rating 3 stars because I was not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. The bedsheets were not properly cleaned as well as the balcony. Hope they will look into the little details.
Pros:
The room was clean.
The staffs are good.
The view was good from the room.
And the food was good as well.
Cons:
They charge you extra for the heaters. 700 per night. In places like Manali, where the weather is chill all the time, its a basic necessity of a hotel to have it. And at 3200 per night, one will expect the heater to be also included. I have stayed in Shimla for 2500 per night. Better facilities and heater was provided.
For first timers it would be difficult to find hotel. No proper sign boards on the way to hotel.
There were no proper toiletries provided. Soap, shampoo(1 RS clinic plus) and paste(the mini Colgate). No moisturizer or shower gel provided
Its great hotel with great facilities. The hotel is located at top of the hill and hence the view is amazing. All the staff members are supporting. Room service is also great. Breakfast and dinner is really awesome and its unlimited. It was very nice stay.Highly recommended.
The staffs were not helpful, we stayed for three days but still they denied to clean the room, we asked for a pain balm for emergency, they did not provide any help. Also we asked for the food to be served in the room they denied. Hospitality is Zero. Definitely I will not refer this hotel to anybody.
