One of the best resorts to stay. The view from the balcony are awesome, especially during snow.
Easy checking and rooms are very clean and well maintained.
The beds have inbuilt blanket warmers so that's very huge plus point, it's heats as per your preference to keep you warm in cold days. They don't charge you for blanket warmers. They will only charge if you need room heaters.
Break fast is good with limited options. The chef's prepares good food, didn't have any issues with taste or portion quantity
It's a newly built property, so all amenities are work in progress still. We had booked a. Luxury room with balcony, however on arrival we were given a room just facing another hotel. The guys sitting at the reception were of no use. Also the Make my trip agent couldn't contact the hotel. So we had to stay on that room for one night after a long wait at the reception. They don't have a dedicated washroom for you to freshen up in case you reach earlier than your check in time.
Cons:
1- You might end up with the opposite side room with no view. They are nothing like what is shown in pics.
2- Washrooms were not cleaned and was damn dirty when we entered.
3- Receptionists were of no use.
4- Please contact Riya the Manager if you have any changes reg your room.
Pros:
1- You will see live snowfall if the weather is good.
2- View is breathtaking provided your room is facing balcony.
3- Breakfast options are good and food is tasty.
One of the beat hotels of Manali with best view of mountains.
We visited manali in first week of February 2021 and we were damn lucky to witness snowfall and this hotel has the best view hills and log huts. We were awestruck by the view from our balcony (as you can see in the pictures as well )
Breakfast option are good enough if you opt for with breakfast room.
The only thing they can improve is the cleanliness of room and washroom, we had slight issue with the cleanliness. Else was fine.
The property is awesome and nicely located near to tourist hot spot, Prime location. Food and service is very good. Morning buffet was sumptuous. Reception welcomes your very courteously.
And they ask for suggestions for improvement if any.
Would love to visit again. Value for money, excellent service, cleanliness. The room was lovely, super clean, fairly spacious with heating mattresses.
Reception was very helpful too.
It was my first trip to Manali. I searched a lot and read numerous reviews. At last I booked this property. It was a fine stay. Rooms were amazing. Hygiene was below average as I had to request room service to change the pillow covers again when we checked in. Anyways I still rate this hotel as one of best properties in Manali.
