The hotel rooms are quite good to look at to compensate for its poor service.
They charge extra for basic necessities.
The staff is not mature enough and the manager is not polite.
Nothing like a disco room exists in the hotel.
If possible opt for a better option.
One of the best manali. I stayed there for 3 days with my family. Very polite staffs. Great view from the windows too.
Room and food is good. Friendly staff.. attentive.. stayed in mountain view, got a good deal.
The place is fine. The rooms have a nice view, but the blankets weren't clean tho.
We asked to change the blankets but still received the dirty one with hair all over it.
About food -
The food is roughly average and the hot beverages are never hot.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Every thing well maintained and super spacious rooms , payal and aishwarya mannaging so well , kudos !!
