Awesome location easy to loacte view from hotel's front rooms is amazing. Good hospitality. Food was good. Mr govind's dealing was excellent.ample parking space. Room boy was very well behaved. Overall great experience.
This is a nice place with river view and out of city noise.
Food is not good at all. Dinner served is not fresh. Also, not hygienic. Rooms are very compact. And, mainly most turn off is in Manali in temperature, of -13°C even no heaters & gyzers are provided. Staff services are very poor. One must never visit it, it's simply a great spoiler and turn off.
The hotel looks decent from the outside so we booked but it's pathetic i can list the items
1) No extra food availability apart from buffet, so if you are hungry and wanna order food not possible
2)no courteous staff
3)hot water doesn't come on washbasin only for shower
4)we aksed for extra bed they kept delaying we called multiple times for multiple issues no staff comes for your help
Worst service unhygienic room low quality food bufe room will give you lunger feeling bad experience reception person very rude I will never recommend anyone total best of money
