It was awesome to stay here. The service was quick and awesome. Staff was very polite. They also had versatility in the breakfast. You'll get lots of options in breakfast including type of coffee, milk, tea, juice and much more. The surrounding was perfect to relax and peace will soothe your mind. I'll surely recommend you to stay here as I'm going to choose it again.
Good Hotel. The view from the hotel is beautiful. There is a garden where people can relax after long hours of driving to get to Manali. There is a small refreshing zone where you will find snooker, carrom and table tennis to play with your family. The food is good and also the housekeeping service is fast.
We stayed in Snow valley for 5 nights. Very pleasant stay. Resort is in a peaceful location. Staff is very courteous and food is also nice. The resort maintains proper hygiene.
Stayed there in Jan 2021 in the Presidential Rooms. This is not a 4 star resort...probably a 3 star. Staff was helpful and any request was promptly attended to. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. Rooms were average with stains on the walls. In room slippers provided but were not disposable and we're pre used but probably sanitized. Food was good but only single dish available for non vegetarians during dinner. Live performance from local singer every night during dinner in their restaurant. Property is situated uphill from Mall Road so walking back is more of a hike and not easy.
Poor room service and customer care.
No hot water in duplex room, no change of rooms despite raising the issue. It's like customers get paid to stay here. And with the kind of attitude they have, I think the should.
