It was wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and neat and clean and all the precautions were taken for safety & hygiene.
The best part was food, really loved it. Highly recommended
Whole staff members are really kind and humble.
Services of them are really good.
Rooms of the hotel is clean and nice.
From front sides rooms view is owsam to see mountain and apple gardens.
Back sides rooms are also very nice but not batter than top floor of front side.
Just one suggestion to give please change your cooking recipe for dinner, breakfast is too good but i felt no test in dinner.
Overall we enjoy at your hotel.

Money well spent.. this place is worth every rupee.. the location.. the castle and the cottages and the staff.. makes you feel like home away from home... yet the vibe of a European country. Beautiful place with awesome hospitality. The continental food served is absolutely lip smacking. Have made wonderful memories here.
I just can say that it was more than A M A Z I N G!! One of my favorite spots in India....What I really enjoyed the most was the incredible food and the host company...and don’t ask me about the view, beautiful! Thanks a lot to the hotel team I really loved it!
A stay I will remember forever and I will strongly recommend to book in this hotel and include breakfast in your Booking. Staffs are great and extremely polite and helping. Location and views are superb. You can see snow-capped mountains from the rooftop dining. Rooms are specious. View from the luxury room is also great. They serve close to 6 items in their breakfast. It was superb.
Awesome!!!just go for it... Very close to Hadimba temple and mall road...we booked this hotel for 2 nights stay was amazing..27th and 28th Dec....specious room neat and clean..... provided room heater ,24*7 hot water .... excellent service.... nice view... good food... Snow fall view was awesome.
The best holiday experience ever. Loved the stay and hospitality. The luxury rooms with bath was excellent and the balcony had valley view.
Hotel Manali is good hotel to stay with your family. Very comfortable room's, spacious,clean etc. Friendly staff with good services. Affordable price for a room. It's 10 min walk far from mall road near petrol pump. Go Manali and enjoy with your family and friends and for staying visit Manali Hotel.
Good services in medium budget !
We were a family of 4 and when we were looking out for places to stay in Manali that would be close to Mall Road, we came across this place. What attracted us was the fact that this place was 100% vegetarian. Since we were vegetarians ourselves, we decided why to go anywhere else and ended up booking the rooms here. The other reason for booking here was that the rates were reasonable and the package what we had opted for suited us the well.
The rooms were well maintained, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful and the room service was just lovely. Even the buffet breakfast was really good with an amazing spread. The room heater worked wonders especially for the climate that one would experience in mid February.
Wouldn't mind staying here whenever I come to Manali next.
Awesome and wonderful experience . owner is very polite and professional man. had a good conversation with him and John bhai. Nice view of mountains from hotels room and it was unforgettable moments. An affordable place to stay with family. I can't wait to visit again Manali and Lilly place.

Just had satisfying holiday for couple of days. The Food taste is awsum. Room service is extraordinary. Just need to take care of Restaurant service.
Restaurant staff need to be aware about services to be offered and little polite about guest requirement. Had a great time in the Game arena few times.
Restaurant service can added more fun n satisfaction in vacation. Kudos to all hygiene standards.
If you are in Manali and want a lit place for dinner. Don't forget to pay a visit at the hotel's restaurant. There's bar available with varieties of drink options, I would recommend to try Kite beer, which is a saffron flavoured local beer and only available in Himachal. Food was also awesome. There was a live performance going on when we visited, and we had such a great time.

One of the best resorts to stay. The view from the balcony are awesome, especially during snow.
Easy checking and rooms are very clean and well maintained.
The beds have inbuilt blanket warmers so that's very huge plus point, it's heats as per your preference to keep you warm in cold days. They don't charge you for blanket warmers. They will only charge if you need room heaters.
Break fast is good with limited options. The chef's prepares good food, didn't have any issues with taste or portion quantity
Very good service, double bed only $10 per night. hot water available.
