Quality Inn was clean and staff were very kind. Spa is very nice for weary muscles and lots of room to stretch. Covered parking is a big plus especially in winter. Amenities of microwave and small refrigerator and a hot breakfast.
Would give zero starts if that was possible. STAY AWAY!!
Booked for 3 nights and left early because I was extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The phone did not make calls. The fridge did not cool our food, the microwave did not warm it up. The bathrooms were the size of a matchbox. Housekeeping did not even come to clean the room even after specially requesting it.
Overpriced for such an old hotel. Dated interior kind of run down. Fridge rattled and hummed all night. Could hear every step from upstairs rooms. Had to sign a bunch of paperwork at check-in. Definitely not no-contact. Generally clean and took your temperature
Good beds, hot breakfast, underground parking, nice staff. Good place if you ski
The room was clean.. The hotel clerks are pleasant and hospitable, and the reason why I gave an extra star. The well intentioned attempt at breakfast, given the circumstances, is very much appreciated. BUT, NO AC. Normally it wouldn't be needed, but it was a hot few days and all they had were fans.
