Great price and great location. The outside looked like a typical motel 6 but the room itself was very clean with wood floors instead of carpet. The bed was comforts and there was a little nook area to sit, eat, or relax in. If you're looking for an inexpensive yet comfortable place to stay I highly recommend them. If you're looking for a 4 or 5 star property this isn't it. Otherwise it's a really nice price and nice place to lay your head after a rigorous day of hiking.
This a really great place to stay while skiing! It’s all very simple, and it might be worth getting a locker at the mountain if you are tight on space, but the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The shuttle stops right out front and runs often to get to the village or to the lodges. There are some nice coffee shops close by and the Liberty Bar is right across the street for some good post-ski outdoor dining!
My friend and I were pleasantly surprised when we stayed here. Since it was technically a "Motel" our standards were low, but friends of ours had recommended this place so we gave it a try. The manager, Maly, went above and beyond in her advice of which places to go to and which places to avoid during this epidemic. She even gave us phone numbers to places she highly recommended so that we could ask any questions directly instead of waiting for an email reply. The staff was wonderful and helpful and more importantly you could tell that they took cleaning here very seriously, which was very important to us during these times.
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Motel 6 in Mammoth Lakes. It all started with the lovely gal working the front desk. Maria was very helpful and accommodating towards us. Even had awesome food recommendations. Can’t beat the service or price. Would book again.
I was told I was the first ever Guest of the Day at this Motel 6 location. I was given a free room upgrade and was given a gift bag that the manager personally delivered to me in my room. She also called me to check in as well. I had a great experience. I'll definitely come back.
