Reviews from visitors:
A great place to stay in Mammoth. John makes a great host in this lovely cabin located near to town, but off the beaten path. Accommodations are comfortable and a little quaint. The cabin is full of character with decorations that are truly unique. And the host will share stories about each one of your like to hear about them.
John has intimate local knowledge and will help find the perfect activity for your cost from all the things to do in the area, winter and summer. He makes sure your stay is memorable and fun.
The White Horse Inn, a bed and breakfast, is a wonderful place to stay in Mammoth Lakes, CA. It's close to Devils Postpile National Monument, Mono Lake, the road to Tioga Pass, the eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park, the Long Valley Caldera, and of course, it's in Mammoth Lakes right near Mammoth Mountain. My wife and I just spent three nights at White Horse Inn, and while there were many choices for lodging to see Yosemite, Devils Postpile, and Mono Lake and more, we are SO glad we chose White Horse Inn. The location was perfect for us. And our hosts, Jon and Doug, were the best. The Inn is beautifully and quaintly appointed, with many interesting small touches. The breakfasts were way beyond what we expected, delicious and something I'd expect at the finest restaurants. And Jon and Doug shared some of their time with us, telling us about the area and the parks and the geology of the area and more. And this place was the least expensive of any place I found while searching for lodging. We're telling friends and family about this place - we know they can't find a better place to stay in the area.
The most friendly and kind owner you'll ever meet, unique and cozy B&B
