The location is beautiful, the landlord and his family are very nice and helpful.
A top location at this price, so you have to be aware that you have to make compromises when it comes to furnishing or to expect.
Really a location in the first row with a very, very nice view from the terrace. Unfortunately we could NOT lock the apartment! NO key was given!
Cleanliness was marginal but still okay, but could be much better! Air conditioning very good, if only in one room. No mosquito windows!
We didn't use the gas stove, it should be reconnected urgently, looks very ailing! Often loud at night from teenagers or parties on the beach.
Everything is easy to reach and the small bar / snack bar on the premises is not disturbing. Pull-out coutsch is quite uncomfortable! Unfortunately the shower is leaking somewhere in the drain, so the bathroom and hallway were constantly wet.
Nice owner but it should be re-invested here urgently and some renewed and modernized.
The evening view compensates for the little inconvenience. The fridge with freezer compartment is also positive.
In summary: Sufficiently good at a very affordable price!
