Very beautiful apartment! It is well equipped, very clean, things are new and stylish, and the building is on a very good location- 5 min to the center. We felt very good in this facility. The price corresponds to the offer!
Positive is that we got two parking spaces in the short term and the good location to the beach and to the city
Otherwise you can only warn in front of this apartment.
Defects:
Shower screen broken.
No working light in the bathroom.
No working light above the fume hood.
No kettle.
Mold and dirt on the sink.
All cabinets smell very musty.
No darkening of the rooms possible.
A nightlight is not working.
Stains on the armchair and the furniture.
We did a round trip through Croatia and this apartment was by far the worst value for money.
To be fair, it has to be said that they offered us another apartment. This was not in the same building and you would have to move again completely. Since we stayed only two nights we have refrained from it. Besides, that is a basic attitude as you offer an apartment and I would not have been sure that the next apartment is better.
