What a great place to stay. The location is fantastic, being right in the center of the town.
The staff are excellent and very friendly. Every person who works there was so welcoming. The breakfast is great value at €11 for a continental and cooked option with lots to choose from. Quite a variety of gluten-free to choose from too.
The roof top bar offers a great view of the city. It was lovely to sit in the evening with a drink looking up at the castle.
We were offered an upgrade for only €15 per night for a room with a balcony with a view over the street and plaza... Totally worth it

Lovely boutique hotel, the staff are gracious and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and spacious and include a small kitchenette. We were in a room with two small balconies facing Plaza San Martin. The hotel is centrally located in one of the small alleys and therefore quiet at night. Breakfast is good as well.
We really enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Larios Hotel.
It is highly recommended.
In the middle of all the action. We were there during Christmas holiday and it was magical. Service and drinks on the rooftop amazing. We will be back.
