Well located, good infrastructure, good service but during the summer the rooms were boiling hot! They don't use to turn the air conditioner on unless somebody in the room ask for.
Excellent location in the center of old Madrid, walking distance to all major tourist attractions.
Beautiful roof top pool perfect for sun-bathing and pictures.
LGBTQ and couples friendly, not suitable for families.
Very stylish rooms with surreal lighting and furniture. Our room also had a small balcony which was great for having in-room breakfast at.
Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was HUGE. The shower had double shower heads, and there were tons of counter space. The hotel decor is stylish and modern. Loved the candy jar in the reception area! Hotel staff were friendly, but their striped uniforms were a little tacky. We had home-made marshmallows and chocolates waiting for us in our room at check in, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. The breakfast room is a bit dingy and basement like compared to the rest of the hotel, but service was good. Central location, with tons of food options nearby!
This quintessential Spanish deco hotel surpassed my expectations. Rooms were a bit small when choosing the lower rate, but still a great deal. Impeccable service, and they even Brought a bottle of cava to the room for my brother's birthday! You can't beat this location close to every tourist attraction and the best restaurants. Great access to gym and spa next door. 5 stars!
Fantástico! This is a gem of a hotel. Everything about it was first class - the location, the accommodation and the service - wonderful staff who were so kind, warm and professional. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the breakfasts were amazing - everything you could possibly want. We will definitely be returning.
Fantastic rooms, great place and located right in the centre. Price for this class of hotel was very reasonable. Owned by the Derby chain, so book from the UK to get a better price.
Terrific and inventive takes on classic spanish dishes and the staff were wonderful. Their 5 types of marinated tomatoes dish is spectacular. This is definitely worth a visit.
I had a parmasano burger and it was amazing!
The meat was fresh and high quality, it had a sweet grilled onion sauce with mustard and cheese. Very yummy!
The decor is nice, there's a bar and a fancier dinning room with table cloth.
They also have a big selection of wine.
I stayed here a few weeks ago. Staff was super good and friendly. Offered me late checkout 16.00 without even asking. Top notch service in this hotel and also to mention the bed in my room was really nice.

Amazing hotel, located right in the center of Madrid, with an entrance on Plaza Mayor. Outstanding amenities (pool, spa ...) and really tasty breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Would recommend 100 %
This is a really charming boutique hotel located on a very quiet street in the heart of Madrid, right next to Sol. It’s within a couple of minutes from el Prado, Cibeles, and Gran Via so has an excellent but not touristic location. The room was very tastefully designed with a huge comfortable bed. The views were disappointing, just looking at an ugly office block. However, the hotel has a lovely charm and I spent three comfortable nights there without any hassle.
A great option for the price (around 45€ per night at the time when I was there) + it’s perfectly located, right on the side of Sol, the center of Madrid.
Very nice place to stay. Staff is really good. Breakfast really good. Dormitories are nice too and really modern.

We just got back from a 4 night stay in Madrid. The hotel was absolutely amazing! It has large clean modern rooms, a great breakfast and the best location you can ask for. On top of this, the staff is super friendly. A big shout out and thank you to Lorena who constantly goes out of her way for visitors. The tips and advice were thought through and with a great local flavor, keeping us with the hottest spots away from the mainstream tourist attractions.
