Great hotel. Excellent location - away from tourist on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Walk to museums, take subway to plaza del sol, wonderful park nearby. Great shopping and outdoor cafes in area - next to round about. Great breakfasts, very helpful staff, and nice outdoor garden for dining in good weather. Large and comfortable beds.
If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I would definitely do so for this hotel. We had a lovely stay here and everything from the staff, location, amenities, and food was exceptional! By far, this hotel has the most friendly and courteous staff I have ever come across. This hotel is very easily accessible through all means of public transport and is conveniently located close to several popular tourist spots. The room was very clean and spacious with a small kitchenette as well. Most importantly, the breakfast spread was phenomenal and had a lot of variety. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Madrid!
Great location, quiet area near mueums, etc. We had a double room which was spacious enough for a family of three. Has a kitchenette which was ideal for making breakfasts and late day snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. Cleaning staff were thorough.
