This hotel is great!
We have the opportunity to hold an annual meeting for my company in the Villa de la Reina. We were 20 people and a full service of boardrooms, lunches, and breaks. Everything was covered with the best service and quality! Mayra from the event department was very helpful and took care of the whole service from the beginning to the end.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super confortable, the food is delicious, and Madrid's city center is 6 minutes away.

Only with the room; if you have a bigger suitcase, I would not book the Basic room next time (suitcase takes the whole room).

We stayed at H10 Hotel Villa De La Reina in Madrid. This place is a must stay! It’s very clean and chic, the food is delicious but their greatest asset is the caliber of their employees. They pamper you, wait in you hand and foot. I’ll start with Beatriz, Javier and Daniel, they were the most attentive and professional concierges u have ever met. They made you feel like you were at home and focused their attention on making sure that you were confortable and happy. Beatriz is just beautiful, with the sweetest smile and Javier and Daniel are perfect gentlemen that can’t do enough for you.
At the bar you will meet Bruno very charming and funny AWESOME bartender and Genny she’s adorable and so sweet.
I’m sad I have to go, but I will be back FOR SURE!!!!
