Fantástico! This is a gem of a hotel. Everything about it was first class - the location, the accommodation and the service - wonderful staff who were so kind, warm and professional. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the breakfasts were amazing - everything you could possibly want. We will definitely be returning.
This was a great hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in. It’s tucked away on a side street with an unassuming exterior. Very nicely decorated lobby and rooms. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Arrived early in the morning not expecting to have the room ready yet, we were given a breakfast recommendation down the street, and while we were eating got a phone call letting us know the room was ready and our bags already brought up. Be sure to schedule some time in the jacuzzi as it’s a private room only for your appointment.

This hotel is everything you expect for a luxury hotel and more. We cannot recommend Gran Hotel Inglés enough. The staff were 5/5, they made our stay so welcoming. We were upgraded to a junior suit free of charge as we were celebrating a special occasion. We were so grateful as the room was amazing! Very spacious and luxurious. The bathtub is the best feature. The cleaning service was also another little perk, the maids would leave little gifts for you everyday after the turn down service. Was always a delight when entering the room after a long day travelling and discovering a cute gift. I highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting Madrid and wanting a luxurious stay.
Amazing hotel. Bar is spectacular with amazing options. My favorite was “el ponche del angelito“.
