Never in my life have I experienced such friendly, helpful and competent hotel staff. The rooms are beautiful and very clean.The entire hotel has a very interesting and thought out aesthetic and they pay attention to detail. 5 stars well deserved, if only every hotel were like that.
An amazing boutique hotel, perfectly communicated and with a lovely design. The room was well decorated and squeaky clean (though the first room assigned had some cleaning issues, the amazing staff effectively solved the situation by assigning me a balcony room, this time, more than clean). Rituals bathroom amenities are always a plus, and the super comfy bed will make you wanna stay there all day long. Even though it's not nearby the airport, I stayed there during a long layover between flights, as the hotel offers a great quality sleep, an incredible breakfast (please take an opportunity to try the eggs benedict), and at just 15min from the airport by train. The staff is always smiling and willing to help, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Hope to come back soon!
This hotel became more than a place to stay; it felt like home. Upon my third trip to Madrid I was warmly greeted (by name) by a staff who took such care to remember all the special touches. The hotel is stylish and charming.very clean and very safe. So conveniently located, such a beautiful area to walk and explore. I will stay here every trip to Madrid and I hope to make it a regular part my travels. Thank you, Only You! ❤️
The greatest hotel ever! Everything was perfect. We spent there a New Years eve and it was magnificent. When we arrived at hotel the receptionist offered to us a glass of champagne and he was really kind and polite. We were talking about Czech Republic, Prague, to our surprise he knew about Prague a lot. The food in the hotel restaurant was great and breakfast time was my favourite part of this stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing but perfect.
Funky hotel in a really convenient location, particularly if you have an early train to catch.
