Definitely my favourite hotel in Madrid. This boutique hotel is located in a central area and is very near public transport stations, restaurants and shops. The decoration at the hotel was superb and the beds were rather comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the spa but we will definitely use the spa next time we have to travel to Madrid.
If you enjoy staying at GOOD hotels, this is probably the best option in town.
Outstanding service, friendly staff, and excellent accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location for business or family travel.
PS croquetas at the hotel restaurant are a must
Wonderful staff and great rooms. They have taken care with covid and all staff have their masks on at all times and breakfast is table service only.
One of the best hotels in Madrid. very clean and good food
Booked a room pre-COVID. The EU has prevented US travel to Europe. Hotel Urso refuses to refund the room because it was pre-paid. Airlines, other Hotels, museums, etc. have all refunded pre-paid monies but not Hotel Urso. Clearly customer service is not high on the value chain--think twice before booking.
