The staff is friendly and professional. Room was clean and hotel very quiet. Free mini bar a plus and your breakfasts (especially the scrambled eggs and roasted tomatoes and onions) were well worth the price. Enjoyed the 5th floor desk. Location is perfect for seeing Madrid. Thank you for a most enjoyable 4 day stay.
Excellent warm welcome from all the staff. An amazing room with terrace view. We paid for premium room with breakfast included which was well worth the slightly extra cost. This hotel was used by Spanish mostly with one a few tourists which was exactly what we were looking for. Although the plaza was busy there was no noise. The breakfast was the only area where we felt there needed to be improvements.
Actually great value. Bed is on the firm side.
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Found the rooms a bit noisy though. I could hear the sound from neighbors and outside. Wasn't too loud though.
Also it's next to a metro station and the bus stop and 15min walk away from Gran Via.
Convenient location right next to metro.
I paid rate of 2 persons with a 3 yr old kid (3 persons for one night transit), which means price more than regular 2 persons. And I was given the smallest room of the floor plan. Why charge me more then? No berth is possible in to put in this room. I barely find space to semi open my 2 regular size luggage.
My room is no different than others except a big corner cut.
Bath tube glass has leak (not a big deal to me)
No view at all except seeing the inside bottom floor with few cigarettes. I m better to keep my windows close all the time.
If addng a kid will cost more for no reason. Please say it clearly "Kid or family not preferred".
Reception is good and frendly. (The only personnel interact with : )
