Enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was HUGE. The shower had double shower heads, and there were tons of counter space. The hotel decor is stylish and modern. Loved the candy jar in the reception area! Hotel staff were friendly, but their striped uniforms were a little tacky. We had home-made marshmallows and chocolates waiting for us in our room at check in, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to rave about. The breakfast room is a bit dingy and basement like compared to the rest of the hotel, but service was good. Central location, with tons of food options nearby!
Absolutely a 5* hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the rooms. They are literally "cool"!
The design is INCREDIBLE. I can assure you that you haven't seen anything like this. Spacious, luxurious, unique.
The breakfast was also excellent and service was flawless (for example, there was a line to check in when we arrived, so they suggested we grab lunch by the pool while we were waiting.).
No question I am coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Spain.
This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in a junior suite - and it did not disappoint, *fantastic* value for your money. CoolRooms far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in two different hotels in Madrid, whenever we're in Madrid again, CoolRooms will be our hotel of choice!
Great service. Large rooms. Well furnished. Lovely building. Renovators kept the charm of the original castle with modern conveniences. Great location. Very walkable.
This is a little gem. Our room had a real wow factor. Staff was really helpful and the garden with pool is a bonus on a hot day in Madrid. Highly recommend.
