Good hotel well located. The rooms and the service are good. The history of the place is very nicely explained as well as the history of Spain. Would recommend us to anyone visiting Madrid and would gladly return there.

It is impossible for me to understand why this hotel has such a high rating as well as why it has 4 stars, when in reality it hardly qualifies for an old 2 star one. The breakfast is plain terrible, croissants are worse than the ones that can be bought in mercadona, the TV (if one can call the device in the room at TV) is straight out of 2000. If this were a 2star hostel, it would be understandable. For 4 star Hotel this is unacceptable

Superb boutique hotel near metro and center many restaurants around and without the fuss of central Madrid. Good price big rooms fare breakfast

Great location, huge rooms but not enough electric outlets...

The hotel has a real historic atmosphere. The breakfast is good (additional fee).
