A great hotel with helpful staff. Close to metro stations, so you can easily get around. If you want somewhere quirky and good to eat, try El miniBar. It's round the back of the hotel opposite the hotel garage.

The Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Madrid. Very modern and comfortable. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is also very nice.
Our stays at the Petit Palace hotels were always pleasant. We stayed at two different Petit Palace hotels locations during our trip to Spain and both were wonderful.
I booked a "Superior Double" which turned out to be a large, first floor corner room with three balconies!! Great for people watching in two different directions. The hotel is right by Plaza Mayor and 2 minutes from Sol metro station, so it's easy to get to and right in the heart of Madrid. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, it's the perfect place to stay. Reception was really helpful. We will certainly use this hotel again when we next visit Madrid
