I stayed here a few weeks ago. Staff was super good and friendly. Offered me late checkout 16.00 without even asking. Top notch service in this hotel and also to mention the bed in my room was really nice.

Wonderful 'stay'-cation in the heart of Madrid. Platinum room upgrade to suite - no questions asked. Time to relax in the spectacular lobby. Workout upstairs with a fabulous view of the city followed by a wonderful made-to-order breakfast in the morning. Fabulous service from all the team with particular mention to Joao and Mario at the front-desk. Thank you Westin Palace Madrid!
This is one of the best Westin hotel I ever stayed. The hotel itself is great and one of the tourist attractions by itself. The front desk staff and manager were so thoughtful. They upgraded my room when they noticed we have a big family. The services were amazing! And best of all, they even delivered champagne and cake to my room on my birthday!!
Top interiors, in line with palaces image. Great stay, value for money
Room Service was very good. Both service, food and wait time were above expectations. The hot chocolate European style is amazing as usual. The hotel is like a museum. The dome inside is beautiful and there are many tapestry hanging around the hotel. Appropriate since it’s in the museum district. Great Restaurant nearby that has A menu from Argentina. We walked. It was worth it. Make a reservation though! You cannot go wrong with any of the little bistros near the hotel. The one directly across the street was a great spot for afternoon espresso and beer! The concierge team at this property are A+ .Enjoy your stay
