Amazing hotel, located right in the center of Madrid, with an entrance on Plaza Mayor. Outstanding amenities (pool, spa ...) and really tasty breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff ! Would recommend 100 %
Fantastic hotel.
Reception are super friendly, especially Raul that made my stay here really enjoyable.
The spa is really beautiful. However water is not really hot and sauna is barely hot as well.
The rooms are nice and convenient and the view is fantastic.
Location is the best in Madrid.

Gorgeous newly renovated hotel in the middle of the Madrid historic center. The famous Plaza Mayor is just steps away and the modern renovated interior offers the best of both worlds. They also have a great little restaurant with an outdoor patio that I'd recommend.
Wonderful stay at a fabulous and beautiful hotel. The view onto Plaza Mayor is amazing. The hotel staff are friendly, kind, professional and very helpful. From the roof top pool to the guest rooms and down to the lovely spa area, the whole stay was relaxing and comforting. The hotel is elegant, clean and well kept. The rooms were quite, perfectly equipped and soundproofed for a great night sleep! I did not want to check out! I have stayed at many hotels in Madrid, I don’t believe I will stay anywhere other than the Pestana in the future. See you soon :). (Special comment - the measures the hotel is taking due to the Covid-19 situation are top notch, I felt safe and well cared for during my stay. Do not hesitate to stay here during this time)
The treatment and hospitality of the employees was outstanding! This hotel is a must and also the last but not the least, the location is just great to move around and discover the amazing city Madrid is!
