2 problems that bothered me a bit,
1. The room cleaning team arrives late in the day.
2. There is one elevator in the hotel sometimes we wait a long time to get to the room.
I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager
Really loved this hotel. Fantastic location, lovely staff and a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are designed very nice with the decor. But the craftsmanship is not the best. The staff at the front desk is very helpful in helping navigate the city. The parking is a bit difficult as the garage they use is on the block behind the hotel. It's a little frustrating because there is a garage right next to the hotel. The location of the hotel is pretty centrally located in the city which is nice.
